東莞機械加工常用的檢具有哪些？

1.牙規

牙規是用來經驗螺紋的好壞，是根據國家標準而制作，有外螺紋與內螺紋，外螺紋理解為一個螺絲來檢驗螺母的標準，內螺紋就可以解為螺母用來檢驗螺絲的標準

2.針規
針規是用檢驗內孔的標準，一般有兩個，一個為通規，一個為止規，就像一個金屬棒，通規必須能放進孔內，止規就必須進不去，二者任何一個出錯就說明產品尺寸不合格

3.游標卡尺
游標卡尺是一種測量長度、內外徑、深度的檢測工具。游標卡尺由主尺和附在主尺上能滑動的游標兩部分構成。主尺一般以毫米為單位，而游標上則有10、20或50個分格，根據分格的不同，游標卡尺可分為十分度游標卡尺、二十分度游標卡尺、五十分度格游標卡尺等，游標為10分度的有9mm，20分度的有19mm，50分度的有49mm。游標卡尺的主尺和游標上有兩副活動量爪，分別是內測量爪和外測量爪，內測量爪通常用來測量內徑，外測量爪通常用來測量長度和外徑。

4.千分尺
千分尺與游標卡尺一樣用來檢驗外檢，內徑，深度，但比較單一，每種規格必須購買不同的千分尺，如外徑千分尺，內徑千分尺，千分尺比游標卡尺更精確，能精確到0.01毫米

5.高度儀

高度儀是用來測量產品的深度尺寸，比如從一個端面到另一個端面的尺寸，高度儀測量出來的尺寸比游標卡尺更精準，能夠精確到0.001mm
